When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt.
Secure Checkout
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI DSS-compliant checkout. Outlaw Flooring does not see or store your full card number. All payment data is encrypted during transmission.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and current state and local tax rules.
Order Verification
To protect our customers, some orders may be reviewed for security. If we need to confirm details, we will contact you by email or phone. Orders we cannot verify may be cancelled and fully refunded.
Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address or contact your card issuer. You may also try another accepted payment method.
Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
